Your Painting Instructor

Since childhood I have always wanted to create art. Seeing the smiles on my family member's faces and hearing their praise when I presented them with masterpieces created especially for them brought joy to my childhood and carried through my adult life.

After completing college, it was the birth of my children that helped establish my roots to begin a thriving portrait career, creating photographic and painted artworks that now hang in 32 states and 7 foreign countries. I currently work on the same property that was once home to my grandparent's strawberry farm, and the home that was once my grandmother's is now home to Willoughby Studios and lovingly called The Sanctuary.

I love painting because I truly see it as a form of worship and a way to honor the beauty of God’s creation.

Now, I love sharing my painting expertise with fellow Christians looking for a peaceful, creative outlet and sense of community.
